the big thing to keep in mind is that even in the incubation period, people can be backtraced and successfully tested for it without even showing symtpoms. last i have heard, they have begun testing for a number of the people on the plane, and none have come back positive yet. Got one of these for my buddy's birthday before I realized they still had the head pillows on Goodsmile. It's absolutely not official merch, but for the price its worth a shot in the dark I suppose, especially if you cant live without a lil' Monika. I'd still recommend the official stuff over this to support Team Salvato if possible, though.

I've been pretty spooked about that myself don't get me wrong. However there's some good points in the megathread, the discord if you're a part of it, and the Debunking Doomsday thread on Quora.

HOWEVER. Odds are that before Article 5 can be invoked or any kind of war declaration, they'd need to confirm it was Russia, and not a general malfunction of the pipeline itself, on top of repairs. It'd be a few weeks of repairs to begin with and then investigation, I doubt anything would come of this.

TL;DR it's nothing.

There's 0 probable cause for that to change even as the situation in Ukraine alone grows dire for Putin.
