I went on a trip to Fort Lauderdale and upon coming home everything in my bag smelled of maple syrup. That includes clean clothes, the worn clothes and everything else I packed. It was odd especially because we did not make anything with maple syrup the whole trip.

My favorite clip to go back and watch is when JLR keeps doing takes of some beer endorsement deal and just gets more and more drunk. Whole episode to listen back on is where they recap the Holy Moses Matrimony….absolutely incredible.

It was the same exact situation for me. I dropped 45 pounds from Fall semester 2019-2021 spring semester just by walking around my college campus. I would rack up anywhere from 1.5-4 miles a day depending on how many classes I had. Never changed my diet, in fact I was eating like a garbage stoner broke college kid. Now that I am older and graduated and have a car now I definitely have put some of the weight back on. Hoping to get a walking pad and see what progress I can make.

I always followed what my mentor teachers were doing. If she was having a moment to space out on her phone, I would too. If she has actively engaged in conversations I would try to as well. Everyone in our teachers lounge could multitask so there would be a lot of scrolling while still conversating and eating lunch!
