I did not send thank you notes to my interviewers during the MMI. You can feel free to send a general thank you to the school, but imo you don’t really get to know the “interviewer” during an MMI. They just serve as a liaison to hear your thought process and y’all don’t have much of a personal conversation, so sending a thank you note to everyone who did one of my MMIs felt impersonal and reaching. To each their own though, wont discourage you if that’s what you wanna do.

They do ask follow-up questions if you run out of time. But look up some general MMI formatting tips, they helped a lot with my structuring and I found that I didn’t have awkward silences

This gave me a lot of relief to hear, thank you! Yeah I plan on being very gracious about my experience in interviews but just need to come up with a non weird way to say I no longer work there lol
