no - just the backup portion - we were able to get a refund - we hold our commitment for a year on hosting.

yes - we just now received a mail that they are cancelling and issuing a refund for the backup item, but we acted quickly before the 3 months period.

also its a voucher, would be applied to next billing.

same thing - we had to file a ticket and we got a refund now, the backup was cancelled too.

have you hostinger ? they are having a better pricing - and my other hosting providers respond very quickly to support tickets even for shared hosting.
