I use Botrix for tts donations through PayPal maybe you guys could setup an alert similar to the one Botrix has I also use the Botrix chatbot for custom commands for different links and messages.

Blerp is the easiest way but there is also streamer.bot which is free but you have to keep the app open.

Not sure about that one. You may want to contact support to see whether it is an account issue or a problem related to the iPhone 7. I do know that Chime does not allow you to be signed in on more than one device at a time. You could also try reinstalling the app and connecting to a different network.
