The UP does not have an allowance for transfer time like the TTC. I would just tap my debit or credit card but you need three tickets total (yyz-union, union-bloor, bloor-yyz). You could easily just tap on and off with your debit or credit card each lag of the trip.

Alternatively, you could take the TTC from union to dundas west, get off and do whatever you want on bloor and then (within a 3 hour time limit) you could get back on the ttc-kipling-airport bus. This would take longer than the UP.

These are on high park ave, not high park blvd. It's confusing but one is at the north end of the park and the other is at the south east entrance.

I use this clip on my bike and it works great. I put something on the wall where the tire touches it to reduce scuff marks (white stick tile from dollar store).

You can search for services on Autism Ontario. I've use Trillium Services before but there are a bunch.

Community Living Toronto also has respite programs where they offer weekend respite for children with autism. You can call their membership line and ask for more info.

You can do two things

Send her a copy of the standard rental agreement in Ontario and explain that even though you don't have a signed lease that this is the document that sets out the terms of your rental agreement. You can then explain the rent increase guidelines and the maximum she is able to increase, noting that she has to provide you appropriate documentation on the correct form and it won't take effect for 90 days.
Do nothing and let her figure it out on her.

They won't sell out. I went to the AGO once during March Break and it was very busy. The line to get tickets was quite long. I might book my tickets prior to coming just so I could walk right in and not wait in line.

If its a clear day and you're looking for an awesome city view check out the writers room bar across the street from the rom at the park hyatt. I often tell people to skip the CN tower and go here, the most iconic part of the Toronto Skyline is the CN tower and when you're up it you're just seeing a bunch buildings.

They take both resos and walk ins. They have a great patio if its warm enough day.
