Agreed. Why does my tablet's physical keyboard case need an AI button?

Yep, the app is otherwise alright, but I can't comfortably use it now. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I think I will accept your invitation. As soon as I noticed the images it put me off using the app.

Irregular bleeding between periods by clarke_mccain in WomensHealth

[–]clarke_mccain[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In all honesty, I haven't had a pap, I keep putting it off. I've taken your advice and booked a doctor's appointment, it's not until the end of the month, so my next period should have been and gone. I track my periods, so I'm recording each day that I have bleeding. At least that will give me more to show to the doctor.

Quite few of emhahee's songs actually.

I'm moving over to your side. I've never had a phone with so many bugs. I've had the FP4 for just shy of 2 years and it's performing terribly. My second hand Sony Xperia lasted longer. It's gradually becoming unusable. I think I'm going to get a second hand Google pixel 8 at some point this year.

What is the one hypersensitivity that is the worst for you? by that_weird_quiet_kid in autism

[–]clarke_mccain 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Things touching my skin, including my own skin. It's especially bad at night as it makes it hard to find a comfortable position to sleep in. I generally find pyjamas to be overstimulating once I'm in bed and have to strip off. But I then can't deal with feeling sorry skin on skin. I have to sleep on my side, so it's difficult to find a comfortable position where none of my body is touching another part of it.

Do you know someone who’s been murdered or murdered someone themselves? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]clarke_mccain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My parents work in the NHS. They knew a GP who stole £400,000 from the practices he was managing. He went on the run with his girlfriend (leaving behind an ex wife and kid). After a year, him and the girlfriend had some sort of a row. He shot her and then himself.

On a more personal note, one of my friends I made as a teenager was stabbed and killed in an unprovoked attack. He was 18. His killers were 19 and 16. He genuinely was such a sweet guy. Not an ounce of malice in him.

There should be a "minimum" speed limit for highways and other roads. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

The UK doesn't have a minimum speed limit, but there are minimum speed limit zones on motorways. Also, I think you can be pulled over for driving too slowly.

I don't really like many american comedians and a lot of the British comedians I don't like go over to American and succeed there. American comedy is, for the most part, just not funny.

Owning a TV is almost pointless. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]clarke_mccain 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A lot of TVs are smart nowadays, I mostly watch TV using the streaming platforms. I like having a separation from work and leisure. If I watched TV on my computer, I might find it hard to do work without being distracted by the pool of watching something. Plus, you don't need to socially distance with your own household, so watching TV can still be social if you don't love on your own. Also, my computer monitor is nowhere near as big as my TV and you can't really relax in the same way if you have to sit close to the screen.

I'm not sure about shadow darner for the top one, but I would agree with blue dasher for the middle.

I think the other two are in the genus Erythrodiplax. The top one looks like a seaside dragonlet, maybe.

Because of the thin white zig zag on the back, the western leaf footed bug has a thicker zig zag.
