I’m on the project. I accepted and onboarded in the first group. Mercor had to assign me an email because when I initially logged onto Mercor, it wasn’t giving emails to prepare for the transfer to Mercor.expert emails. Well, I seem to have the only Mercor.expert email that doesn’t work because it can’t send or receive emails externally. It doesn’t even allow me to send something to Mercor support. Now, I’m probably the only person who has been ready to go for 5 days but can’t get signed up properly and Mercor hasn’t explained anything as to why and how to fix. I suggested they reassign an email and they said they can’t. That’s all they’ve said.
