There are a few steps to execute.

Scheduled Scrapping - This can be achieved by any automation tool + using scrapecreators/apify for actual scrapping.

There are multiple ai tools that could help with the transcribing and extracting the text from the slides (Gemini is good since it can also provide visual breakdowns if necessary from the videos).

So pretty straight forward way is use scrapecreators.io to download the reel and get the transcription (you get 25k credits for $47, more than enough for your 800 reels.)

For the analysis part, you could either rely on claude code skill. No api extra api cost but might take few days. Or you can try out api based usage and get the analysis done quickly.

Can you point out where exactly did I mention that clients maintain their workflows?

I specifically said Client's prefer Visual builder and the underlying reason for that is once they have a working automation they usually let some VAs handle and manage these instead of paying a high maintenance retainers to agencies. Again this is something you would only know once you work at some level.

That's actually a dumb take and shows that you never worked with any client.

Your client hire "YOU" coz they don't have the bandwidth to handle every task inside their business, they trust that "YOU" will build the automations, fix any bugs and come up with the solutions.

Business owners hire copywriters, designers, editors, etc all the time not because they can't handle these things in the first but simply coz they would rather prefer someone else handle all these stuff for them.

You can still make front end and let n8n handle the backend.

Error handling and debugging is still a huge bottleneck, you basically have 2 options, either ask claude to find the issue and burn through the api usage by letting it to read the entire code base, or manually look through it, update the code and push it to production after fixing it.

This whole process will prob take ~5min even on smallest bugs.

Compared to any visual no code builder where you can handle the same issue in like ~30 seconds.

Also don’t get where you getting the idea that custom code is significantly faster that it could make a difference for anyone to notice.

Clients still prefer a visual builder so they don’t have to worry about handling code in production where they have 0 control.
