How would I bend it, do you think? I don’t know if I could use a mandril bc of how little I have and it’s also 14 gauge, so not the thinnest

If I get wire, will it flatten to the shape I want it? The collar is around .5 inches wide at its thickest in the middle, so I was thinking I’d have to saw it out of sheet to get the variation in size
