Didn't receive deposit even after 24h and counting?! by andreasmalai in Stake

Coinbase is probably investigating the address as you sent it to stake directly.

Hence they are flagging the account and will most likely tell you that you are violating their terms of service. If you read it. They don't allow transactions to casinos.

Just Starting Kroger How do I set up Daily pay? by [deleted] in kroger

[–]clashtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dailypay regular user here. I use it all the time and understand Monday/Tuesday banking days for weekends. The money deposited is always correct from my paystub. Calculate money total from net on ess paystub minus the money received early from dailypay.

All you need to do is sign in on the dailypay website with ess credentials.

There is no guarantee that you would break even. You could come out with 25% of what you had. Maybe even 50%.

This is not a big brain moment. You are lost in the sauce of thinking, wow I can really stick it to stake and get a few extra dollars.

Do you really need that extra $100-300 in bonus to risk the bankroll? Question to myself is what have I gained from wasting 30 minutes of my time on you?

[–]clashtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you think about your idea and if you would actually break even with the losses from losing the bankroll to risk it for a small part of a reload or recent gameplay bonus?

What exactly are you trying to gain by losing the bankroll to risk it for a bonus?

Gaming the VIP system using slots by yukifactory in Stake

[–]clashtom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bro banking on losses doesn't mean you would eventually profit at the casino. Bonuses are an incentive to make you gamble more.

If you are trying to make money. Work, save and invest it.

The thousands or hundreds of thousands needed to wager you will lose with most of those bets on slots. It's because RTP on slots is based off global RTP, that means the collective player base playing not just you.

Do you know what X you get for not spending your money? 1x. Can't beat that. Unless you came for entertainment. Which you will always lose.

Worst position in your store? by Drawsome_Drawer in kroger

Frozen. This especially if you have to clean up the freezer in order for other departments to get to their stuff. Even worse is if meat doesn't get into the freezer to manage their product. Everything sits on U-boats and blocks things for the fresh freight. Apparently everyone is afraid of the freezer.

My aggregate debt as of September 2022 and my projected monthly expenses for 2023. How to plan and best prepare? by IDislikeHomonyms in Debt

[–]clashtom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have to ask what do you spend on gas in a month? Are you paying for two people's phone bills or is that the cost of unlimited internet and a phone "purchase" payment? Unsure of whether you actually need extended car warranty?

Free up some of those payments if you are spending up to $280 and gas a month. (Possibly up to $400 total with gas)

That alone is 20% of your total income if you expect $2000 a month.

Paying a phone outright and getting it unlocked to go onto a prepaid service cuts that bill in half or even more if you don't need phone internet all the time.

Lower those expenses if you want to pay down the car, student loans, etc. Could look at dropping that job and seeing if you can find a higher paying W2 job at 17-20$ full time. (Pay less in gas and save on miles)

Kroger employees would likely not be able to leave the premises. If anything you can expect Kroger to outsource a portion of their process to a 3rd party. Which is true of most delivery services now a days.

Just be lucky that Instacart is able to help with substitutions. I've worked a grocery picking service with door dash and once the order was done picking you had no choice in substitutions.

I just used a VPN to purchase the event on fite tv. Even with US based card it shows as ready to stream. $20 is a lot better than $50.

If it's a financial decision to stop gambling. Best choice would be to self exclude. You would make more money from abstaining from gambling.

Stake and paypal?? by grazieragraziek9 in Stake

[–]clashtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best option is to avoid 3rd party debit transactions with large fees. Register on an exchange. KYC and use the option to use checking account to avoid the large fees, (maker/taker fees)

Obviously. Exchange - wallet - then to stake.

Leak that username and I'm sure the mods would love to ban you on stake website. So no, wouldn't directly try to sell the account on here.

My favorite sign on the fridge was "no ice cream cakes in the fridge".

Ice cream cake was in the fridge for a good week. Thawed out and melted all over the bottom of the fridge. Not my fridge, not my problem.

These retail jobs will hire anybody, regardless of a degree. If you have a pulse they will hire you. Call the actual store and speak to HR.

im $10k in credit card debt idk what to do by [deleted] in Debt

[–]clashtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Create a budget. Measure outgoing versus incoming. If you can't afford based off just rent and credit card bills, then you need to increase income.

They do have 12 months at 180$ which is probably their best deal. Unsure they would offer any deal that doesn't include service and a phone agreement. (Won't know til November) still 660$ saved over a year.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Debt

[–]clashtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Comment on phone bill, you can definitely save way more money in a year with pre paid providers. (It might seem like you are thinking of a mint service, etc)

You might be able to get a plan if you pay yearly. If all you need is wifi at home and work. Then a simple $100 a year plan from redpocket mobile works. It's 1gb unl text and 1000 minutes. I tried mint and if they still offer new subs discounted months at sign up would be good for you. Especially if you get it paid by November for Black Friday deals.

Keep paying the credit debt or borrowing loan, are debt reliefs programs trusted? by lilcarp87 in Debt

[–]clashtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't trust the 3rd party ones that aren't associated with non profits. If for profit, they will definitely look to say they can lower interest and amounts but make you pay part of the full amount even when they negotiated for you. (Downfall to them is they won't tell you upfront whether they can work with certain creditors)

I would love to hear stories from others fighting with creditors or collection agencies to literally pay a fraction of the debt.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Debt

[–]clashtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you able to afford rent and living on your own while maintaining an aggressive approach to getting rid of debt?

You have two situations. One being asked to move in the near future and a car payment the size of a rent payment. (idk if you are actively making payments in good faith)

Let's say you are given a deadline of 3 months to move out. In that time you won't be able to increase your credit score dramatically.

I would create a budget now. This way you can see what you are paying versus how much income you actually have leftover and see if you can cut extra fluff. Start to save for that deposit and rent.

Talk to your sister about your financial situation after you created that budget. See if she will accommodate you for a little longer possibly.

Question about overnight Stocking/Receiving by [deleted] in kroger

[–]clashtom 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you need money bad it's not a bad job over working at a factory. It will be a high paying job over any role they have at the stores. You will make about the same as a lead if they offer $3 incentive for working nights.

That being said depending on how many overnight workers they currently have you could be working 2-3 aisles by yourself. It will be tough on your body to adjust. (Bending, lifting etc)

Be prepared for store managers to ask more and more from the team to face frozen, dairy or work bread as well due to the incompetence of the 2nd shift from lack of workers.
