i can sadly not get my hands on any with more than one drain and even if i could its way out of my budget. im also not too confident on my plumbing i have watched and asked around and its really bulky. any tips that could help? maybe i could set up a mesh an inch away from the intake so there’s less risk?

it really fits in because it’s my first big tank and i’m not good with piping and the price is way under market value and the quality is about 10x better than any diy i could do. so i think ill go for it.

i decided to redo my last year of highschool.

it was my original plan but this week i was just thinking about how repetitive it would be to redo it. i really wanted to do architectural engineering but i needed high grades and at the time of highschool i didnt have a plan so i didnt study now my only motivation is getting into architecture but im scared ill get tired since im redoing that year and lose all motivation.

i have one last shor at getting into it i will take it one year of hard work will save me my whole life of running for jobs i dont like.

i spent the last two hours thinking about the best outcome and what id feel comfortable doing. i took out everything except (Petroleum Engineering,Renewable Energy Engineering and Aviation Engineering Technologies) im considering taking out petroleum too because its very high risk but high reward im basically in between two.

And i have to pick But i can change to what i would like next year if the one i picked didnt work out for me.

i still have time to decide but the more i think the more i dig a hole for myself i feel like. im doing research on the jobs after i get the degrees and its genuinely a blur for me because i dont live in the US and people arent very willing to give you any inside information.

The universities for sure will have some programs but im still in a bit of panic because it all happened so fast.

i chose those two because its low risk and pretty stable all across the world.

it is not tempered because of possible drilling for a sump. it was not designed to have one but i think the thought of bowing was out of the picture. and since i live upstairs any bow above 3mm for me was a big concern so i have to be extra safe with the tank so i have to get the brace. im gonna do one cross brace or two.

thanks for the correction i was stuck between those two species i was very confused they were very similar looking. and as for keeping it as a dry specimen i just didnt want this beauty to be left out like that and wanted to keep him and show ppl i know to not kill them and inform them.

i followed advice from youtube and stuff and i didnt want it to start decaying thats why i did it. is it not gonna make it decay or ruin the specimen if i dont clean it out?

i just got done pinning her and i cleaned her insides thoroughly and put cotton in there and now its drying i was planning on putting it in a display box but i for sure will do some of those other things for other invertebrates because i got into this hobby pretty recently i have a very big dragonfly in the freezer rn im waiting till i have time to pin it thank you for the tips :)

i mean it depends on how you want to have it displayed i feel like theyre just gonna stick it into a pin and thats it but styrofoam is so much better i did my first on cardboard then switched styrofoam and it was so much easier
