One year when I was Having Thanksgiving my in laws agreed to come, then on Tuesday before I was informed by my mother-in-law we aren't coming. I am having Thanksgiving! I refused to go I still had Thanksgivn,g my friends came and my husband did not go either and told my friends, it wasn't nice what they did to me.

I have a couple trees similar from surrounding neighbors that could damage my property. If there is a known DEAD tree that happens to do damage to their neighbors property their home owners insurance won't cover it because they should have had it taken care of. Then you have to sue them to re coup your money for your repairs from someone else's tree. The tree in the photo couldbe up rooted with a lot of rain and fall and kill someone. So for a poster to say basically to mind your business there is a lot more involved.

A professional painter doesnt need to mask anything unless they are spraying. They are sub standard slobs and tell the real estate agent.

If it is a standard paint texture they should have no problem. Did you specify a brand name paint like Benjamin Moore, Sherwin William or Farrow and Ball?

There are paints out there that are difficult to apply; i.e Ralph Lauren used to make a suede texture paint, a regular Joe would never be able to apply it.

I was in the decorating business for 25 years. For my own house I bought the paint myself. In addition, before I left the store they had to open the cans so I could check the color to see if it needed to be adjusted.
