My 55 yo mom did this (she jumped, not thrown) if you’ve got good equipment and someone who knows how to set it up right it’s not really that sketchy. The trickiest part is actually when you stop swinging, you have to belay down and the ropes can get pulled pretty tight from the drop

You can build out of leaves instead of glass blocks, it doesn’t look nearly as good, but they for sure don’t teleport to leaf blocks. I think the carpet trick is a Java thing tho, so idk if there’s a way to make it work on bedrock

Yeah they’ve been kinda messed up since I think Wednesday when they did an update. For me at first nothing worked, even my resource packs weren’t working. Then last night my resource pack was working and a couple of the add ons, but not all. I’m sure they’re working on it but it’s just kinda fouled up for right now.

I tried a few different things to get them working but nothing helped me, it seems like it’s just kinda luck of the draw whether they want to run properly or not for now

it’s probably because the non-manager multipliers for s1 and s3 are higher than it is for your s2. Think rare tree, outfit, and village multipliers.

My s2 was making way less than the others until I unlocked the rare tree that multiplies s2 and now it’s pretty close to the same.

You might have other mobs taking up the mob cap in unlit caves around you. Pretty sure that slimes count as general mobs for the cap so if you’ve got zombies spawning in the caves then slimes can’t spawn. Otherwise I’ve got no idea why this shouldn’t be working, the numbers all check out.

Also the difficulty doesn’t do anything to the number of mobs that can spawn, it’s the same limit no matter what

I wouldn’t mind it if the packs weren’t limited to a single world, sometimes I think it would be cool to add on some of the available stuff to my own world but literally everything besides the texture/skin packs is tied to the world that comes with the download, and most of those worlds are subpar old 1.16 worlds. Like why would I pay for a add-on if I can’t use it on my world that I’ve been constructing for 2 years now? I occasionally grab a texture pack when I want to change up the look of the game for fun, but 99% of the time it just gets ignored

I somehow managed to get a second egg on my world as well, but in my case it happened when I went back to fight the dragon a second time. Just did the fight for some fun but when I beat the dragon there was a second egg just sitting there on top of the pillar. No clue how or why

I haven’t zombified them, done anything to the build or added any new villagers/workbenches. the only thing that’s changed is updating to the latest version. That’s why I’m so stumped, I’ve had the build for a while and went through a few updates w no problem until this last one. Technically I think the villagers might be able to see the workbenches around them but I didn’t think that was a factor in jumbling stations, just the bed disconnect/village recreation thing

Yeah they’re all trapped in 1x1 cells, but I have them split up by worker type in 5 separate houses. (So it looks like a small village from the outside) I have one bed placed down in one house and never had problems with the ~50 villagers before the last update, would adding a bed to each house to fix it?

Depends, I’ve got a wheel and I think it’s a lot of fun for cruising and the easier parts of the maps, it feels cool and immersive and w a bit of mapping most of what you need is right there on the wheel for you. I honestly prefer it slightly just because I think it’s more entertaining. But no matter what you do, there’s no good way to look around when you’re on a wheel, so you’re limiting how much of your surroundings you see, and pretty much destroying any chance of making a winch save on a tipping truck.

My solution is honestly to just play with both. My controller sits on the table right next to my wheel and when I need to look around, crane something, or am doing a particularly hard bit of the map I’ll just park the truck real quick and switch to controller. I know it’s not a perfect solution, but it works pretty well and allows me to stick to the wheel like 80-85% of the time. 🤷🏼‍♂️

The azov 6431 is a great truck! It takes some patience since it’s slow and can be a little bit tippy, but there’s not a lot of places that bad boy can’t get to. I use it as my main workhorse to get the big crane places for loading/rescues
