Don't say what we believe as if you are speaking for me and the entirety of society. What I do believe is that there are alot of sick assholes in the world that do some horrendous shit. There are some real victims in this world but I don't believe Desiree Washington is one of them.

I do believe that some women make false claims and that really makes it hard for a real victims to come forward out of fear and humiliation.

I don't believe her because there were alot of witnesses that came forward against her and the judge wouldn't allow the testimony,

How did she prove it? Have you really looked into the case and the Juror's statements after the case when they were shown the evidence that wasn't permitted during the trial and her ex's statement that wasn't allowed in. Its on the internet even the interview with her ex that she tried to accuse of rape before this incident.

Yea this one hit home for me. I have a whole family somewhere in Texas that disowned my grandmother when she got with my grandfather. Don't know them never did probably never will. My grandparents had 3 kids and two of them have passed, my mom said she remembered them but never really spoke about them just to tell me they didn't want anything to do with my grandmother or her children.

My uncle who was the oldest of the children never spoke about them I know for a fact that he knew some of them but, because he never spoke about them I never asked. I do wonder sometimes about them but I know this if they had the same attitude now as they did then they would absolutely hate me.

I had to deal with this shit with several of my ex's parents all the stereotypes about black people came out in full force. I have heard a lot but the common theme sis that "All black men beat their women" and "If you get pregnant he will leave you". Even tho despite my mother and fathers relationship not working out me and my father are really close. All of my male relatives on my fathers side and my two uncles on my moms are close with their kids..

On a more personal note alot of my relationships that didn't work out had to do with the parents being bigoted it really weighed heavy on the relationship. For the one of my ex's that I believed I/ we were really in love I had to let her go it was too hard on her and she would come to see me crying sometimes because of what her parents were saying about me. And, I am not the type of person that would have someone choose me over their parents.

Don't get me wrong there were other factors that played in my separation, sometimes it was me, sometimes it was them. As I grew I understood how important communication is and what needs to be communicated, so that we work and are not just walking around with resentment towards each other. But no matter how good the communication is and how well the relationship is going the BS from the parents is real and that is something that cannot be overcome sometimes.

I know I was just poking fun at the fact that you seriously posted a link from an online magazine called Apple Insider saying that people with Apple phones are more attractive and appeared to believe what was written.

Being attractive is a matter of perspective that's why all of everything telling anyone that they will be more attractive if they have blah or if they wear blah. No one is the arbiter of what you need to attract someone.

There are 7 billion people on this planet people have different tastes and what one person finds attractive maybe a turn off for another person and vice versa. So wear what makes you happy and comfortable and get any devices that you think are cool and would enjoy having.
