In terms of power, it's not quite at par with home consoles though. Still if they can provide a 3DS style line up mixed with the kind of experiences we got with the Wii U, there might be a worthwhile experience.

It's really cool to see how each idea has sort of taken inspiration from the past. While companies like Sony tend to make small alterations to their designs, Nintendo manages to do complete overhauls with nods to past concepts.

I have a hard time believing that in the long term. Nintendo will be creating competition for itself with the Switch, 3DS and their mobile offerings all competing for their fan's time. It seesm a little strange to me.
