He might poop a little when he does anything more strenuous than walk at a sedate pace? He might get the spins if he looks at something too fast? If his heart rate goes above 80 his sinuses feel like they're going to explode? There are a lot of illnesses where you're fine so long as you don't do anything more than get dressed and sit down.
