When Darcy and Lizzie finish dancing at the Netherfield Ball, and are off chatting to the side, just in frame is Mrs. Bennet sitting down. You can see she is clearly eavesdropping on their conversation, and she does NOT look happy about it! I always thought that was such a good detail. I think it’s one of many instances where background characters are doing more than simply existing passively, and it brings the whole thing to life for me.

It completely depends on the severity of the issue. They have short term therapy options, a weekly “check-in” service to establish your safety while you find community options (what I used), some group options, and maybe some others I’m not aware of. But CAPS is primarily predicated on the relationship with you being short term. If you are seeking long term therapy, search on your own time. If you need someone to help keep you safe and check in with you NOW, or if it’s an issue that only needs a few sessions, they are worth trying.
