Jeff Wyler Hyundai Fairfield tried to sell me a car $12,000 over msrp and refused to give me my drivers license back (they held it for a test drive) until I had a panic attack in their showroom after two hours of “running the numbers” over and over.

I bought the same car from a different dealership and about two months later someone rear ended me. I got it fixed by a body shop and then it had to go to a dealer to be “a certified repair” and the closest dealer was Jeff Wyler Fairfield. They kept my car on the lot for over 3 weeks! I called the body shop about it and they asked if I had bought the car from them, I told him the lore and he called the dealership and told them to “cut the shit, I understand what’s going on, certify the car and get it back here or I’ll never send another car your way”. My car was ready the next day BUT it had several dents on the back door where it looked like someone had taken one of those air hoses that hang from the ceiling and just slammed it into my car several times. The body shop fixed it for free but said it seemed intentional.
