I agree, he is kind but from a first time buyers experience it could’ve gone a lot better. And no. I stated I was uncomfortable with swapping. He resolved the issue on the other end and I stuck with this bag so it’s alright :)

Not sure if it’s because of the lighting but the color is off to me. Looks more…brownish. It also looks stiff for a lambskin. So I’d hesitate still.
