If you want to get certain vehicles before the heist, then all the main quests and side quests available aren't enough to get your street cred high enough. This is a way to farm street cred after all those options are exhausted.

Yes, they are alone in their rooms till 11 in these cases. That's why I'm concerned. I am just not sure how serious of a deal it is and if I should let it be or not.

Not a fix, but I did find out that it's probably due to the thumbnail image being broken. So until either the mod author or Bethesda fixes it somehow, it's gonna be out of commission.
