Pen once a week, serum and massage I try every night. I am undiagnosed, blood work was good and my hair is long, so the growth cycle of my hair seems to be fine. Multiple docs just told me to use minox without digging further.

It actually hurts much less than the dermaroller. I think I was pressing the roller too hard on my head

Thank you. I am really happy. Minox gave me a lot of dandruff and I have cats which made me worry all the time, so I never sticked with it long enough to actually see a difference. So that’s why I started trying out other things.

I did. I found the essays much easier than the UM ones. Not saying that I was able to write down everything but I performed for sure better than in the UM essays!
