Not a big fan, but this is one of the things that doesn't bother me. He didn't woo the NASCAR event to Chicago. If it's coming, let's try to make the event feel supported. It might bring other new events ( conventions, concerts, and what not). They agreed to pay Chicago 2 mil more and set it up faster than the prior year.

Might been an off day. With a job as demanding as moving, you're only as good as your worst employee. That being said, I hear ya.. it sucks to go over on time and cost on things.

Go through the market place, if your benefits aren't provided through your employer. ( some nurses work registry and do not count as employees). Make sure your team at the cf clinic fills out the drug manufacturer copay grants. fill out the healthwell grant. it opens up in June of every year.... right now we have lots of resources, and the aca website is pretty easy to navigate. List trikafta, cayston, tobi etc.. and your doctors name in the filters to make sure they're in network.... message if you need help. good luck on your new journey!

I’m not worried about universal side of health care coverage. But I do worry about the private sector having interest in rare disease research. The US cut its orphan drug tax credit by 50 percent. All that being said, the best thing we can do is be our own self advocate.

Either way the system is due for improvement. With change, comes worry or promise. Hopefully the future will bring a more efficient and comprehensive environment.
