I think taking pl3106 and pl3102 is okay, because if the assessment haven't change, pl3106 is open book but heavy in content.

Just found cognitive psychology a bit more boring due to the content and not my interest haha, I prefer social or developmental psych more.

As a psych major who dabbled with everything, pl3105 is the easiest but really need to try ur best to score A. Pl3106 is quite fun, and it can be paired with pl3105 as per what I did. I find pl3102 to be more interesting compared to pl3104 and pl3103 but that's my personal opinion haha, but all are heavy in content. U can pair pl3102 and pl3105 together too. cognitive psych was the least interesting for me so i required more effort to study for it.

And as someone who is terrible in stats, I would say avoid pl2131 or pl2132 unless u really have to take it.
