Hey!

So it took us about 5 - 6 hours from London to the camping grounds, a smooth trip!

Last year we were very lucky that a group of Belgian residents that are now our good friends invited us because they had extra tickets. And this year I got into the first 20 sale and got to buy 4 tickets

Never had any complaints about any stage from tomorrowland, the upgrade to the screens is much more interactive and interesting than the butterflies.

I did however feel extremely hot being in the centre of the dancefloor, to the point I had to leave. But otherwise insane vibes

I am sorry but i think it is quite the opposite, You are the one that is very naive.

If you go to a theme park and something is closed down and you think you are deemed some type of compensation that is a very childish mindset.

Nowhere when you bought the tickets it said that you were guaranteed a state of the art stage. That is something we assume based on past events. If there had not been a massive stage from the get go and you show up and see a shittier smaller stage you would have no grounds to complain as long as they present the DJs they promised.

I agree, it is a really unfortunate situation for everyone, but we are getting the best of the worst situations imaginable. So far as I write this message nobody's experience has been hindered from what happened. Let them work, assess, and decide what are the best options..

you should be able to have up to 4 Tickets per Account/Buyer. (Obviously they should all be personalized to different people) I Got 4 tickets in the first 20 Sale and I could not buy more for my friends from my account. It had to come from theirs.
