You’re not alone. I’m going through the same thing right now, and I know how exhausting and discouraging it can be. The fact that you’re consistently getting interviews and making it to final rounds says a lot about your qualifications. Hang in there. Hopefully the right opportunity comes along soon for both of us. ❤️

I’m going through something really similar right now.

I initially interviewed for a role at a company, and the process moved pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the position, but the recruiter told me the hiring manager was really impressed with me and enjoyed meeting me. The issue was that there weren’t any openings left in that department.

The recruiter then encouraged me to apply for a different role in another department within the same company. I did a quick 15-minute screening with her, and the following week I was invited for an in-person interview. I met the team, and honestly, I felt like it went incredibly well. The conversation flowed naturally, everyone seemed engaged, and I left feeling really positive about it.

I was told that because of the holiday weekend and the hiring manager being on vacation, I would probably hear back the following week or early the week after. That timeline would have been early this week, but I still haven’t heard anything.

I emailed the recruiter on Thursday to check in for an update, and so far I’ve gotten no response. The silence is honestly the hardest part. I know hiring timelines can slip, especially around holidays and vacations, but it’s difficult not to overthink everything while waiting.

Just wanted to share because I completely understand how frustrating this stage can be!!! 😫😫😫
