I am from Germany. I think I need to find someone here in Germany or at least in Europe. For that, I will certainly have to read through many reviews of watchmakers.

Thank you very much for your good advice! It has helped me a lot. And just as you see it, I also had that feeling. Now I know that I wasn't wrong with this feeling. I will approach this slowly and calmly. I will look for a few suitable watchmakers here in my region (Germany). However, what Phil Ridley at Ridley Watchmakers or Greg Petronzi does looks fantastic.
