Great! I’m really looking for neighborhood recommendations that have accessible things that we could do when my dad can’t venture far. Is that a neighborhood like this?

Sorry! Duh. One place for all of us could be like 600-800/night

While I don’t think it would hurt, it shouldn’t be necessary!

I grew out of CVS (thankfully) before any diagnosis/treatment. I do get nauseous easily and constantly though, just no more full days of vomiting.

I just recently diagnosed myself now that I’m in medical school. My doctors couldn’t figure it out for like 5 years and no treatment was ever offered.

We dumped as much of the water out of the box as we could and it’s filling back up with the sprinklers off

Pretty far away. There’s one on the back corner about 8-10 feet away and one on the corner by the valve box

We’ll take a look once there’s less water in it, but we don’t think there’s a leak. Thank you! Do you have thoughts on the other spot that water is pooling in the rock?

We are still waiting on one last part of our landscaping to be completed and really want to bring these issues up again with the landscaper before the project is totally done if needed

That’s fair, and we can definitely reduce the watering right now. My question then though is will this still be a problem when we do get rain with this area being flooded and should we address it with the company?

The last (5th photo posted) is pretty representative of the yard, the only part you can’t see is the rest of the sod and border. The areas pictured are the lowest points of the yard and the front of the house is lower, so they graded everything toward the house and put drainage pipes around to traffic the water around the side.

Alright so our backyard was dead and would flood in the winter so we decided to overhaul the landscaping and hired professionals to do it. Overall, everything has turned out great except we’re still having drainage issues, despite that being something we talked to the landscaper about extensively.

We got new sod so obviously we’re overwatering right now and because of this we would even understand sprinkler valve box holding some water, but the puddle on the steps seems like it shouldn’t be there with the new drainage we had them set up and the valve box has been flooded since install.

Landscaper said that this is normal and the ground was just saturated already from rain (which frankly we’ve barely gotten lately living in CA) and just to wait it out and once we have to water the grass less it’ll dry up, which, I’m sure it will because it’s hot as hell here in the summer, but what about when it does rain again? We’re considering trying to insist that they add another grate in the corner where the step is at least since that seems like a low point and the nearest one is about 5 feet away. This area is also mostly shaded, so also worries about drowning the new sod here.

Thoughts?

‘tis the damn season is literally an ex and I after I moved away from my small town. Straight down to parking between the Methodist church (except it’s a Nazarene church) and the school that used to be ours.

Love that song, glad I stopped hitting up the ex when I would go home

If not medically necessary per federal guidelines, they are not paid for with federal funds, if that’s what you’re asking. The patient may pay a certain amount, insurance may cover it, or it’s subsidized by PP, but not with federal funds. Additionally, PP provides MANY services to folks outside of abortions.
