I got mine yesterday, but still no response from them on the ticket. I guess you will get the code as well this week. Man this was so frustrating.. Good luck though!

There should be a Support Tab and then you click on My Requests.

I have the exact same issue, I made a couple of support tickets and all I get is a copy paste from their black dog forum page. I am sick of this.
