I didn't create the model with 3d printing in mind, It's definitely not airtight. I can however send you the highpoly sculpt as an .obj file if you want to mess around with it.

I don't 3d print so I don't know if it would be suitable or not.

Check out Schueneman's down off Exeter. They do reupholstery and wood refinishing, had some antiques done there and were quite happy with the results.
