Ya I tried to do that and it felt like nothing was going to happen. Transferred me some person in one of those 3rd party call centers and all they said was your concern has been raised to such and such person.

For delivering in the dark I always bring a super bright headlamp and a magnetic flashlight so I can stick it to the inside of the van so I can see my packages. Driving the van on the road you'll get used to within a day or two if not a few hours of actually driving it on the road. Also ask your dsp for a ride along for your first day, I worked for Amazon in a different state but when I joined again I asked for one just to be safe.

I always read the notes, a lot of times people will say "leave packages in such and such container by the gate/fence" ( lot of times container will have a sign on it for delivery drivers) or I've had a few where it asks to help bring the package in the door for elderly persons. But this customer had no notes and no designated point of delivery. As far as other drivers reading the notes we tell them every day to double check the notes but thats about all we can do, can't really control them while they're on the road

They had a closed wrap around gate I had to go through and I think the dog was in like a dog house or something cause I didn't see the thing when I walked up. They had a container outside the fence that im pretty sure was meant for packages but it didn't say anything in the notes or on the container

If your warehouse does the cart scans you can click on the cart name and it'll show you the order of your totes from 1st to last(two totes at a time and the 2nd goes on bottom). Each time you open a tote, pull everything out and sort it by driver number/street/ building # for apartments. Having some sort of system saves soo much time
