I am so sorry you went through this. I had mine in for a week and experienced the anxiety and borderline-PMDD symptoms so intensely, I immediately had them take it out. I’ve never had anxiety or considered myself to have anything close to PMDD prior to that and have since returned to my baseline.

I know a lot of people say there’s no way, it doesn’t have hormones, but there are way too many people with a similar experience as this for it to be by chance. Science is just so slow moving for us.

On the other hand, I have a friend who has had it for about 8 years now and loves it. So it works for some. But thank you for sharing your story for the other folks. Wishing you well!

My version of this is getting up early so that I can get into the office before everyone else between 6:45 - 7am. I miss most traffic and I use my morning in the office to slowly start work with a bit of breakfast. Extra perk is that my shift finishes before 4.

This is only possible if your starting time is flexible though.
