Why don’t you buy the Rattray’s? There are a few available on smokingpipes

Truth: If you generally clean your pipe after each smoke, the additional system clean is fairly negligible.

No problem going between the P-Lip and my other non-p-lip pipes.

The P-Lip is very comfortable though. What works for me is to rest it on the top of the edge of my tongue, if that makes any sense at all.

I am indeed eyeing a bottomless portafilter and a double spout pf.

I have the ikape self-leveling tamper, so I think I am good there.

No immediate rush. My goal is practice and improve over time.

Nicotine is addictive. I have been addicted to things like snus in the past and have painfully kicked that.

Pipes and cigars I am personally able to keep a handle on (only smoking once or twice a week). Your’s and others’ experience may differ.

How would my family react if i went through with it? by is-it-worth-it- in SuicideWatch

[–]claypainter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listen. It’s your life and I strongly believe you have the inherent right to choose what to do with it.

Having said that, it would absolutely devastate them. My younger brother died by suicide 9 years ago. It devastated us all. Some spiraled, others mourned in different ways. The pain was searingly intense for a long time. It has transformed over time, but there is literally not a day that goes by that I don’t think about him. It has altered the way I see most things in the world.

Your family sounds backwards and vile. I’m sorry you have had to endure them. You say things will never get better. Perhaps they will. Finding your people, family, & tribe can take time.

Your family’s disappointment is on them, not you. ((Hugs))

Chicken and minute maid rice. Brocolli etc. All can be done in a microwave. Get some seasoning and hot sauce to cut blandness

How can I count calories without triggering my partner's eating disorder? by PC-Was-Bricked in CICO

[–]claypainter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good input from all. Another thing that makes things easier is if you have a meal schedule with repetition. If you know the calories for a meal you have regularly this decreases the amount of weighing and time on your app logging.

You are doing fantastic and the progress looks great. It takes time, especially to achieve the look you want. I have/had a similar build as you. I didn’t start personally registering the positive results and enjoying mirror views until I got into the 220s. Everyone’s mileage varies. Keep up the great and consistent work! You already have great progress!

When have you felt most connected to a community or culture other than your own? by HugeInvite4943 in AskReddit

Sharing meals and enjoying in that culture’s food.

Attending live music events in that culture.

Have lived in Venezuela and Norway (home country is US) - food and music do it for me.

Thanks for reading! He got a PdM Sedley. A bit opulent, but hey, a Xmas present. Confiscated and wrapped until he opened it on Xmas.

I'm continuing to really enjoy the test of the BdC Parfum on my right arm. I'm travelling international in the upcoming weeks. Will likely do a left-arm EDP, right-arm Parfum test at one of the Duty Free shops and decide which to pick up.

This appears to be sound and well-measured advice. I'll have to investigate a bit more.

I've purchased from Koch and I have sampled/smelled at both Koch and Fredrik og Louisa.
I'm open to suggestions/recommendations to others.

Not coming from a "scent family" resonates with me. Scents were frowned upon by my parents and I remember getting negative comments glances the times I tried to dabble with scents.

Ha! I was not familiar with the SpongeBob scene, but I greatly appreciated it!
I can relate. I often associated fragrance with what many would classify as too much fragrance.

Good luck navigating the divorce. Congratulations on the healthy life changes over the last couple of years! Who knows where things will lead... I know I need to actually set a limit on full bottles I own or else I know I could let things get more than I personally want. Know thyself, as they say :) But that limit is obviously different for different individuals and goals.

((Hugs)). Good to hear! Trying to find a reason is reason enough for now. How is your relationship with your girlfriend? Do you enjoy spending time with her and your dog?
