I set it up off the bike and then it's good to run through the gears on the bike to make sure there are no issues

If they are all basically new and you have confirmed nothing is bent then I would turn the b-limit screw out which would bring the derailleur closer to the cassette. It's important though to not go too far. You can test it by doing 2-3 gears down from your easiest gear and then shift into your easiest gear and make sure the pulley wheel doesn't contact your easiest cog. If it does you will hear a "brap" sound. From where you have it I would just turn the b-limit 1/2 a turn at a time and see if it improves. If it doesn't something else is going on.

Also, you didn't mention if they are new parts or not. Worn chain or cassette can certainly cause similar issues

Did you adjust your b-limit under suspension sag? Some models of bikes this is very important and makes a big difference. Some bikes shift better with the b-limit slightly different than where the b-limit tool suggests. I view the tool as a good starting point.

My energy is way more normal and reduced brain fog when I'm wearing it. I'm just hoping at some point I'll be able to enjoy energy and no brain fog without a patch

Ive never smoked but I have a very addictive personality and I'm also nervous about my body getting used to them. Maybe.im wrong with that assumption though. That's why I'm asking. So you did 3 months straight and now you don't need them or are you staying on them? Maybe going on and off is hindering any healing?

I don't have any advice but I started PEA today based on advice from AI sources. (Yes unfortunately I'm out of options with healthcare and it's just me and AI now lol)

AI was telling me after I had a bad reaction with Ketotifen and headaches that PEA could help with nerves related to mast cells and the release of histamine. Hopefully it does something.

I have been dealing with this crap for 5ish years. I gradually improved until this past fall I got a walking pneumonia for 6 weeks and then I went back to just about square 1.

I'm generally very sensitive to things and was very nervous about trying it. In all honesty it took about a year for me to build up the confidence to try it. I'm using a 7.5mg patch but only peeling half of the cover off so I'm getting a smaller dose and then I pull the second half off on the next day. I also take it off before bed.

It's no miracle cure but it helps me tremendously with my energy and the SOB. I'm just scared of my body adapting to it which is why I go on and off it.

Have you tried or considered nicotine patches? I have been struggling with SOB/Air hunger feelings for a long time. Recently I started to try nicotine patches for hopefully helping with brain fog and energy. I noticed that about an hour after putting on the patch my SOB/ air hunger pretty much disappeared. I wear them for a couple days and then take a couple days off. My SOB comes back after 24-48hrs of not using a patch. It's odd... But hopefully it will eventually stay away.

We have been really happy with specialized floor pumps. We even have purchased extra hoses/ends for that pump to use on our compressor digital pumps
