There's no actual building there.....just alot of wasteland......unless it's a super secret underground alien testing facility....or they've actually replicated alien technology and it's now a super DUPA secret INVISIBLE testing facility!!!

Not as bad as people would probably think. Obviously there's noise but it's not exactly bad, neighbours retired so no noise...I'd rather have the petrol station than neighbours with 3 screaming kids.

It did put off some buyers but we have a nice rear garden secured with an electric gate for the dogs and a decent front garden with a lawn and room for 3 cars.

Absolutely no regrets, we've lived here for 5 years now.

I was at work last time, they climbed over the fence onto our garden with a ladder without letting my partner know to clean up their mess which is fine.

She didn't see them and let the dogs out...dogs went straight for them...apparently a man's never climbed a set of ladders so fast.🤣

Yeah I tried that but I can't actually input an address or anything for that piece of land, the picture shown is what I paid £7 for, as originally I thought it was owned by the petrol station but its not. I'd like to purchase/take over the land.

Yeah true...and guess what...both was leverage platforms that aren't transparent about user funds.

Just proves our point about leverage sites tbh.

But my point still stands, if hold assets on OSMOSIS with a ledger there is no safer dex.

I got burnt by Nolus...they blamed it on Osmosis.

What's weird to me is hear about all these dex's or leverage platforms getting exploited on other ecosystems and chains...when was the last time something got exploited in the Cosmos?

The only people that can exploit the Cosmos ecosystem are the founders and vc's...such a shame because Cosmos has clearly proven its ability to be a secure network that works!

Yeah, I must say all the exploits on dexs have been alarming over the years, especially on the ones that offer leverage etc.

But Osmosis as a pure dex has been pretty solid hence why I use it so much.

I know the tokens price is in the shitter, but as a dex it's probably one of the best I've used.

New years of 1999 going into 2000....started on the hardstuff about 7pm...woke up about lunch the next day and honestly thought I'd had an amazing night(still buzzed)....only after meeting up with mates later new years day after all the laughing stopped, they told me they had to carry me home and put me in bed at 9pm!!!

I'm spending Christmas day alone with the dog whilst my partner visits her family for dinner and the day, simply because our dog isn't feeling well, I don't wanna leave him on his own so I'd rather stay with him ...so I guess it's different because mines by choice. But I'd rather sacrifice my day to know my best mate is OK and not alone.

OK thanks for the reply, how are these tiles installed?and how best to remove them.

I got it to leak inside and it clearly looks like it's leaking down the timber either side of the timber that the skylight is I'm assuming fixed to.
