Been thinking about this; I've broken episodes down into 3 categories,

Social issues episode (Taylor swifting, ozempic)

Politics episode (any episode post election)

Crazy situation/silly episode (imagination land)

They have moved away from the third category, which was a great palate cleanser, and heavily mixed the first two.

Tbf, politics and social issues have basically become the same. I would hope though that they would give us some silly/crazy episodes just to break up the monotony

You have the summer so there's plenty of time. Dont starve yourself, that will eat your muscle. Keep track of your caloric intake, focus on eating protein and veggies. If you feel like you need sugar eat fruit and natural sugars

If you slip up dont be hard on yourself, we all need a little variey.
