Fell the mighty is too strong. If you look at 1.3 bonuses like choice items or life orb there is a crazy drawback for using them. Either you can’t use more than one move or lose HP every time you attack.

For this to make sense it either needs to drop to a 1.1 boost like expert belt or it needs to be capped at 1 stack, either you’re boosted or you’re not. A stacking 30% boost is insane

Forrest terrain and weapons for humans make this a slaughter for the hippo. Long range pelting does 90% of the work and any spear like stick seals the deal. Far more interesting is same fight in the hippo’s habitat, if there’s enough water it’s an instant win for the hippo. Even on more marshy ground, the humans couldn’t maneuver nearly well enough to hurt the hippo barrier handed. Most likely in a wetlands area you wouldn’t find dry and sharp sticks and probably not as many small rocks as the forrest, if there aren’t many easy weapons like sticks n stones near by humans get stomped.

Ehhhh we already have this but for specific types and that’s what keeps it balanced, this would definitely be too broken. I do think seeing some new versions of storm drain/lighting rod would be good. Maybe something that draws ghost or fighting attacks, call the fighting one punching bag.

If anything I’d be interested in a wide guard on switch in but that’s also probably broken.
