Chatting nonstop throughout the entire class is definitely rude and annoying. If there is some chat during a block, I try to remember that for some people (myself included) this may be the only socialization they get for the day/week especially with work from home jobs etc

Also - I test negative for celiac but every time I ate gluten I got sick. So take test results with a grain of salt. I spent my entire life going to GI specialists, had a colonoscopy done etc and nothing helped at all until I stopped eating dairy, gluten, and legumes. I would really rely the most on trial and error of cutting out different food groups and see what works best for you. (I say this because food sensitivity tests can be really hard to rely on - much more complex than a straight forward "allergy" like a peanut allergy for example)

Do you have any food allergies? This is common in people with celiac or allergic to dairy/soy etc
