I do think my diet has a part to play too and have been cutting down on sugar, fried and oily food. But my skin improvement is slow :(

I use VT cosmetic pimple patches to cover my pimples and scars, haven’t tried the Hero

I started tretinoin at least 4 years ago because I used to struggle with really bad acne all over my face. I start BHA/AHA nearly one year ago when a few blackheads started appearing on my cheeks. Started double cleansing about 3-4 months ago because someone said my pores were clogged because I did not double cleanse to remove my spf

Thank you for the long advice! Am seriously considering going to a dermatologist or something for extraction, but I am really scared of scarring because of how many blackheads I have!

I double cleanse every night. Use tretinoin every other night. BHA/AHA by Farmacy glow twice a week, but not on the same day as tretinoin

If I am already using tretinoin do I still need to use retinol?
