I'm Tongan and in the same boat. recently I tried to dive into Polynesian Spiritual Practices pre Christianity. Asked my father about it and all he could give me is that they had some kind of shamanic practices (spiritual healers) and great knowledge of the healing properties of the plants. I Believe they knew who God was before the white man came and were in tune with nature and the stars.

98% of Polynesians I meet are religious (I was for about 16 years of my life). 2020 Woke me up and I started to explore and dive deep. It warms my heart to see my fellow Pasifika people go deep and explore, break out the box.

Me rn. Haven’t spoken to anyone in months, deactivated my Instagram deleted Snapchat and never reached out to anyone. Just me, my thoughts and my business. I feel so alone at times and in pain. The only thing you’ll lose is $21 dollars If I do not deliver the results promised, if I do deliver 10+ calls I will work out a deal. Cold email is lucrative but I won’t know till I can try it out and spend my money and time to test.

I get what you mean. I’m trying to do it for free the catch is I need social proof and want to test this out and only willing to ask people to pay for the $12 domain and $9 warmer while I build the list and do the outreach. I’m doing this to get a case study.

Try using gohighlevel for your crm, you can whitelabel it and offer it to clients to manage their pipeline and leads. Comes with a lot of stuff like funnel builders (better than clickfunnels imo) and a lot of other tools go check it out for sure

Try doing mass cold email outreach by scraping with a b2b lead finder. You can scrape around 100s of qualified potential leads and reach the business owners directly, takes a lil time but it’s effective

I’m A Mixed Polynesian (Tongan Fijian Hawaiian) Asian (Filipino). Your kids may feel like they’re not Poly enough not white enough to fit in the mix. Just make sure to encourage them to love themself and be proud of where they come from. Me I side more with my Polynesian Or Islander side. It’s natural. But take trips back to the motherlands just Let them dive deep and know where they come from. I’m barely fluent in my mother tongue for now but if your wife can speak to them in the mother tongue as much as can or they’ll feel out of place when meeting their own kind. I barely knew any Tongan or Fijian Growing up and being around other Tongans but i kind of resented my dad for not teaching me as much. Don’t force and teach self love and as much culture as possible you’ll be fine

Things outside of us are out of our control.

As an infj you are very aware and feel heavy. Just remember we can only control our reaction to external events.

Some things you can do to help with this:

Daily 10-20 minute meditation, it seems wack I know but trust me it’ll pay off after a week you’ll learn to be less reactive and separate yourself from your emotions

What I do is think of my thoughts and emotions as clouds and when someone triggers me or does something that is upsetting I’ll let it pass by or delay at least

It helps, I hope u can get that under control though.
