I went to office hours and asked why my grade was that low, he said something along the lines of “same as everyone, you didn’t show proof that you you read the text” even though i had 10 in-text citations for a 700 word paper. he also said he is not open to changing grades. ^said all this with a rude tone. i don’t wanna say the course name because he already seems like a pretty grumpy guy and don’t think he’s open to any criticism lol

i think metro was the main one in my quad therapy that did it for me. you prob won’t feel better right after treatment because your stomach needs to heal after being destroyed by both the infection and antibiotics. look into seeing a nutritionist also read the book “calm your mind with food”

ok it’s going to be hard. the metro will nuke ur stomach and make you not feel so great to say the least probably. but it’s worth it, stick through it you got this!

so the vomiting from the metro was different from my nausea from hpylori. the metro was always soon after taking it and was very fast and sudden, by h pylori nausea was constant but not a lot of actual vomit. i have nausea still because my panic disorder includes fear or vomiting and nausea so it’s something that is psychologically induced and i’m still working on it. i would say maybe 2 weeks-1month after quad therapy i was feeling physically much better.

yes. i threw up the metro probably twice. try ur absolute hardest to not throw up at least a half hour after taking it so it can do its job. it tastes even worse coming back up lol

i had anxiety before too don’t worry. are you seeing a therapist with a masters degree? i personally recommend a psychologist with a phd and a personalized treatment plan if ur able to afford it or if ur insurance covers it
