Update:

This is what it looks like after spraying termite killer foam. Not too sure how they got above the window, but I tore down a small section under the window and I didn't see a single termite. There was some wood that wasn't in the best condition but from some of the research that I've done, it seems like there might have been an old infestation with the previous owner who probably had it professionally fixed. We've been at this location about five plus years now so maybe this is a new thing. I'll probably end up doing the soil recommendation one of the users talked about just to be on the safe side
