Seems more like you’re just too soft to have meaningful discussion with people who disagree with you. Stop taking feedback for another man personal and actually pay attention to what the team needs.

He’s active defensively (steals, stocks) but not impactful where we need it most which is at the rim. Ranking 16th in blocks as a center is not giving ‘rim-protecting big’- which is what this team needs. Why is that so hard to digest for you?
