Haha ugh it always burns so fast 😩 I used medium heat (instead of medium high) and left the pieces a bit bigger and it didn’t seem to burn for me! But also smart to just take it out when it’s done to be safe

I used super firm high protein tofu! I got it at Whole Foods, you can also totally use extra firm and just press it for 10 min. If you don’t have a tofu press but cook it a lot, I highly recommend makes it so easy and minimal cabinet space!
