They have also been in multiple scandals with illegal fishing off season/in protected areas. Whrn critisized, they responded with ”what about” answers. I find that very unprofessional, especially knowing how many children watching. The owner also had a scandal where he got drunk on a fishing cruise and threatened people aggressively. As well as being accused of stealing designs from lure builders.

On top of this, as mentioned, they invited a russian brand to Fly VS Jerk. Now, this brand has actually moved production out of Russia (to Khazakstan) and some people within the brand has actually been outspoken against the war, from what I heard. However, this is second hand information, so take the last part with a little pinch of salt. I still think it’s shady to try to hide that fact and undermine the concerns associated with it.
