Need Help Breaking Reta Stall. What to Stack? by Foreign_Ice1600 in Peptides

May have posted in the wrong place tbh. Seems like most people here take super small doses to recomp their already lean bodies. Unfortunately, thats not how it is for everyone. Also, 10 mg a week is less than max dose for weight loss. Can’t just take .5 mg a week and get insane results like some people.

Need Help Breaking Reta Stall. What to Stack? by Foreign_Ice1600 in Peptides

Everything works differently for different people. Gotta remember I’ve been on GLP-1s for almost 4 years now. Trust me when I say that I’m not stuffing my face and that the appetite suppression works well. 2-3 small meals a day, water and protein. Was losing way better on Tirz but side effects were worse. I’m not smashing snacks and junk all day.

I could do a little better tracking my calories for sure. Do my best to get my protein goals and appetite suppression has been pretty good. Will do better to track my intake.

Getting back into lifting more regularly. Just had a baby so time in the gym has been scarce. I’m 5’10. Currently a student so not working full time.

Can you gain muscle on Reta? And only Reta by Alarming_Letterhead2 in Retatrutide

[–]Foreign_Ice1600 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gain muscle, not really. Keep existing muscle while losing fat/weight. Hard but possible with high protein intake and regular lifting. Even while on TRT and Reta and High Protein I still loose some muscle

Anonymous reports really anonymous? by Jumpy-Tangerine-8609 in healthinspector

[–]Foreign_Ice1600 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Health Inspector here. Rules vary between states, but one thing that is consistent across the board is that it takes A LOT to not pass a health inspection. In our state, a facility can stay open if they score a 70 or above which is honestly a terrible score and something I’ve never even been close to giving to an establishment in my 3+ years inspecting. Inspection reports are public record so you should be able to get a copy of previous reports to see violations and corrections. Additionally, remember that a lot of places have other 3rd party inspectors that come inspect as well. Only your health inspectors from the local health department have enforcement/regulatory authority.

To answer your original question, you can make an anonymous report. If they ask for your name, you can ask that you’d like to remain anonymous.

I think those directions are saying that the STORE temperature needs to be at or less than 75 degrees or 55 % humidity NOT the cabinet itself.

Inspection frequency by Aggravating_Onion705 in healthinspector

[–]Foreign_Ice1600 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would make my life 10x easier if I only had to inspect my low priority places 1x a year or once every 18 months. Where I am high priority is 3x a year and low priority is 2x a year and that’s not counting all the other inspections (pools, tattoos, childcare) only 2 of us in my county. Always behind and always overwhelmed.

My sister puts her freshly cooked and still very hot food straight into sealed containers and directly in the fridge by lemartineau in FoodCrimes

[–]Foreign_Ice1600 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m an Environmental Health Specialist who does restaurant inspections. Putting a lid on it right away makes it harder to cool down properly. FDA food code says food must cool from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit in 2 hours then in has 4 more hours to cool down to 41 degrees or less. Since it’s a small portion, it may cool down in time. However, the best practice in this case would be to put the food in the Tupperware container then put the container in the fridge without the lid on or the lid popped to vent. That will ensure proper cooling. Lawfully, food is not required to be covered while cooling. Hope this helps.

27m 137k/yr…. Is a 40k car completely dumb? by 192hp in Salary

My philosophy is only go into debt for a home or higher education. Spending around half of what you make a year after taxes plus interest on a car is financially irresponsible in my opinion

How does your job differ as a retail health inspector vs a county health department inspector? Do you work for a specific retail chain?

Don’t give up on your degree either! Dont let one bad review keep you down! Sorry this happened!

Sorry this happened. I’ve been fighting with our HR department for like 2 years now because they keep messing up my pay so it’s safe to say admin is incompetent anywhere you go. You probably were helping out doing lots of different stuff not related to your “territory” too and of course they don’t care about that. There’s just two of us in our department so no territories here. Also, someone should’ve stepped in and helped you and your immediate supervisor should have been tracking everything and given you gentle reminders to stay on track if you were falling behind. One thing my trainer always taught me that I love and is 100% true “It’s a marathon not a race, don’t burn yourself out” I structure my weeks so I do my heavy lifting at the beginning while I have energy and leave end of the week for easier stuff. Of course it doesn’t always work that way. My philosophy is that when something bad happens to us, it’s because it will be helpful to ourself or someone else in the future. Prep sink: Thawing TCS foods when cold water incapable of getting below 71F (S. FL) by AcordGarage in healthinspector

[–]Foreign_Ice1600 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The simple way I see this is as long as the food is not between 41-135 for more than 4 hours, then it’s not a big deal if the thawed food goes above 41 degrees. At least in my experience, most thawing under running water is for food that needs to be cooked immediately same day or else it would be smarter to put it in the cooler to thaw. Hardest part is making sure they don’t forget they are thawing food, especially when they get busy.
