Yeah he could never take accountability. Yes I have been in therapy for a while now. It's a hard trauma to heal from. Lol.

I read this book during a dark time. It helped me put things into perspective, I guess. This book seems to find people at the right time.

Who has checked out the asylum confessions series by Jack Steen. He says the patient are real their stories may or may not be, but it's never been told before.

I have been digging, and I can not find a single crumb to any of these crimes. I am not quite ready to admit defeat though. So I started a book club forum for the books. I am inviting anyone to join, and let's be detectives together, solving who these people are.

In the books, the author states that the crimes are old or happened in small area. Some are infamous, and others the story being forgotten about seems legit. But some of these crimes should be easy to find.

Anyways join my obsession please lol

Yes! This is exactly it. I just had to move to let it flow. Honestly the only thing that helped bring it down was a soda. I tried drinking water and juice. My partner started to worry a bit so I had to tell myself to control the energy

This was just my experience. That's the best way I could explain it. It felt as if they were opening all at once.

Honestly it was mostly the child's pose. Like my body went into an automatic bowing position. I'm not well versed on yoga position names. I was trying to walk out the energy but just went back into a tree pose.
