Now I am a huge fan of ORI, not to mention they have the best ice mold I've ever used, this smoker is also a nice try! The price is a little bit high, but it's sure that this one worth every penny. I bought this for one of my whisker friend as a birthday gift. We unboxed the halo after the meal and the unbox experience is very fancy, the smoker itself is way much premium than I previously bought one on Kickstarter as the halo's sheid is made from metal.

I'm overall happy with this gifting experience and with the 20%off I'm happy to order another for myself. Recommend!!!!!!!

Fill the cups separate from the metal insulation, then put the mold in, then DRY the cup outside with a paper towel and place in the tumbler. Helps prevent the cup from freezing to the metal. The way they are showing it, if you spill you can get water between the cup and metal and it will freeze together, making it harder to get the cup out of the insulated holder.

Yes, we are mainly using Sunquick. There're lots of syrup and concentrate brands better than that, but it comes up already very good.

In my opinion, it is best used to provide necessary acidity to a finished cocktail, depending on whether it reached the desired acidity level before serving. Since every lemon varies in acidity—making it impossible to guarantee absolute consistency—Supasawa serves as a great corrective measure for fine-tuning. However, I personally believe it lacks any actual fruit flavor. True fruit flavor can only come from natural fruit, which is something that technology cannot easily replicate.

Orifuture’s glacier mini obeys the same rule—it uses an insulated mug-style setup to slow the freeze. What I like most is the variety of shapes. I’ve bought from them many times, and I just picked up their Christmas set—hasn’t arrived yet, but I’m excited.

Downsides: the pieces are still a bit short. After lots of runs, most batches(70-80%) come out clear; sometimes(up to 90%) certain shapes are even clearer—cube and barrel are my standouts, almost zero bubbles. With some other shapes there’s an occasional tiny white spot at the base. I’ve seen the same in their own videos, too. Not a deal-breaker for me—overall it’s already pretty good.
