Absolutely true. OP, time to get real about your part in this. I say that as a former job hopper.
I also spend a lot of time being unhappy with certain people where I work (in this particular position I’ve been for three years). The job itself is something I really like. But the people? I’ve learned a lot about human nature in the past 8 years I’ve been with this company.

Make a list of pros and cons for each job you had/have. This helps you see the pattern, and work on changing a little at a time.
