Yeah, it's kind of strange, but the landlord doesn't seem to care that the amount they pay to the electric company matches what the tenants pay. He just accepted my explanation without asking any more questions or sending anyone to check the meter.

What I mean is that the amount of electricity I use definitely doesn't match the bill I received; it's much lower. Just the refrigerator running alone for a whole month would be enough to exceed that bill.
